Samantha is a highly accomplished senior executive with more than 20 years’ experience across government, local government, health, and not-for-profit sectors, with a strong background in strategic leadership, governance, and community outcomes.
Passionate about building resilient, connected communities through human-centred design, placemaking, and collaborative engagement, Samantha brings extensive expertise in governance, strategic planning, risk management, workforce advisory, and board and committee leadership, including regulatory compliance across aged care and community health sectors. She is recognised for leading complex projects, developing sustainable operational strategies, and bringing diverse stakeholders together to achieve meaningful impact.
Qualifications include a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Arts (Education), and an Advanced Diploma of Public Safety (Emergency Management). A Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
STEPHEN GARDNER
Partner
Stephen is a strategic leader who excels in governance, advocacy, and operational leadership, with more than 20 years’ experience across the health, disability, government, and not-for-profit sectors. Known for a collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with a strong ability to guide organisations through complexity while delivering sustainable and community-focused outcomes.
Stephen brings an extensive expertise in governance systems and processes, strategic planning, risk management, and board and committee leadership, including regulatory compliance and the development of strategic and operational plans. Recognised specifically for providing clear direction, strengthening organisational capability, and supporting effective decision-making at executive and board levels.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Business Management, ISO Risk Management certification, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), and Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
